Meet Willow
As a registered nurse, health coach, and integrative bodyworker, Willow (she/her) creates a safe space to reconnect with your body and access its unique wisdom.
With over 20 years of experience in holistic healing, Willow weaves together clinical knowledge, deep listening, and body-based practices to offer empowering, individualized care.
Willow’s path began with the study of herbalism and massage and evolved to include health coaching, energy work, and yoga—eventually expanding into nursing and clinical practice in hospitals and private duty-nursing.
Today, Willow offers individual coaching, group programs, and hands-on bodywork that integrates movement, self-care, and education.
Willow meets clients with deep listening, honest curiosity, and reverence for the body’s innate wisdom. Her work supports those often overlooked by conventional systems, especially women in midlife, queer folks, and anyone ready to prioritize self-care.
